OMG I LOVE WIENER DOGS!!111 I own a wiener dog purse, two wiener dog toys, and a wiener dog magnet!! In the future I hope to adopt my very own doxie, but at the moment I’m focusing on finishing my last year of high school!!

I’m not a very great talker so here’s a love poem I wrote for my English Literature class this year.

- – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – -
I wish I were a bear
So I could: wrap you in my arms
(Though I am not one to wear
A heart on my sleeve, let alone my palms)
Call you mine, release these doves
Show you all my hairy love
(Hopefully within your discretion)
I would build you forts
Of this honey affection.
All of which would be divine
Like how the sun pulls the moon
And the moon pulls the tide
What I am looking for, of this kind
Something beyond our cosmic divide

And it would be absolutely fine
Should you suddenly decide
To pull my cute hairs (sigh)
Kick me roughly in the thigh
(Though I’d probably cry)
But despite your most ill wish
I will interpret it as a gift
And we’d have all the time to fix
This insurmountable rift

But I am not a bear
And I am just a girl
And you are not mine
And you will never know

i have been a weenie dog lover for so long and 4 years ago my husband and I were lucky enough to find the sweetest dachsund mix ever at a local adoption organization. i collect all things weenie dog as an homage to him. i’ve adored this drawing since you posted it and I’d love to own the print!
