Shop Update: Restocking Necklaces {an Art School Dropout's life}

I have just restocked the shop to replace all the necklaces you guys bought two weeks ago. You made my come back amazing. Thank you! 

This time around though, I split the update in half. The first half is live, and the second half will go live Wednesday at 6pm EST. That way anyone who is at Quilt Market or getting ready for Halloween won’t miss out on anything.

Shop Update: Wood + Plastic + Fabric {an Art School Dropout's life}The shop is officially updated and ready for shopping! I kept this stocking small, since it is the first big update in a year or so. I don’t want to be overwhelmed and make mistakes. I need to get back in the swing of things.

If all goes well today, I will have another update in the next two weeks. So if you missed out on something today, don’t worry, just let me know in the comments below what your favorite pieces were and I’ll try and restock something similar. You can also leave comments with fabric suggestions/requests for the Fabric + Wood or Fabric + Plastic Necklaces. For this update I chose using my own personal taste.

Sneak Peek: New Jewelry and Bags Coming Soon! {an Art school Dropout's life}I am excited to announce that I will be updating the shop again next week. It won’t be a super huge update because I am just getting too old for that, but I will have a few handfuls of all new designs. That’s exciting right?

I am shooting for this upcoming Wednesday morning, but life is crazy, so you never know. If you’d like first word about when, please make sure you subscribe to the shop newsletter. I have always given newsletter subscribers a head start by the way. I wait 30 minutes before I announce it on any social media outlets. Basically repeat and loyal customers get first dibs because I love you guys!!

Marbled Hexies Repeat Patterns

I had talked two days ago about making jewelry again and showed off some new marbled hexagon pieces. Well, I went another step and scanned a huge handful of those hexagons and digitized them to be used in all kinds of projects.

Thirty-Three {an Art School dropout's life}This Wednesday I will be turning 33 years old! It has been an Art School Dropout tradition, for the past 12 years, to hold a sale the week of my birthday. Each year the discount reflects the age I will be turning.

This year it’s 33% OFF ANYTHING in either the PATTERN or PRODUCT shops! Just use the code “Jessee33“. Sale will last from right now until midnight September 2nd. So it’s actually a little over a week.

I was hoping for a shop update to accompany this, but due to illness and CT starting school, I’m going to have to wait until the weekend. So keep your eyes peeled! I DID add several custom listings for the Happy Birthday banner shown above in the Product shop though, so that’s something, haha.

Shop Update: Art School Dropout The shop has been updated and is open again! I’ll leave it open a bit longer this time, so everyone has a chance to snag something. This update included a few Quilted Pouches, Embroidered Vinyl Pouches, and some hand cast plastic Swallow Wall Hangings.
